O’Brien Van der Steen Workshops have been appointed as executive designers for a replacement dwelling in Lustleigh, Devon, on the site of a former tennis pavilion with significant access constraints. We have been appointed to carry the project through technical design and on-site construction. Planning permission was obtained by Allen Van der Steen in 2019.
The project is due to start on site at the beginning of 2022.
