Diane Davis Interview

As part of Eje 01, James O’Brien interviewed Diane Davis, Charles Dyer Norton Professor of Regional Planning & Urbanism, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Co-Chair, Faculty Committee on Mexico, David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies and author of Urban Leviathon: Mexico City in the 20th Century (1994), alongside Santiago Bonilla Hastings (Taller de Arquitectura sbh). The conversation discussed scale, single term presidencies in Mexico and their urban and planning implications and the relationship between urban violence and dislocation and Modernist urban planning principles.
