O’Brien Van der Steen have been appointed to restructure an existing commerical buidling from the 1940’s at Balderas 95 in Mexico City to create a mixed use building with commercial and studio and workshop spaces. Working again with our client from the extension of Edificio Humboldt, the existing building is a total of 5,000m2.
