O’Brien Van der Steen Workshops have been appointed as executive designers for three new houses in Moretonhampstead, Devon, adjacent to the Grade 1 listed St Andrews. Planning consent was secured by Allen Van der Steen in 2018. As executive designers, we have been appointed to produce the technical design package and to call tenders on the clients behalf.
The project is due to start on site in the second half of 2021.
