O’BVdS have been appointed out carry out feasibility studies on the re-ordering and extension of a Grade 2 listed Dartmoor cottage. The proposals will consider the removal of detrimental 20th century internal additions and alterations and the considered positioning of a modern kitchen extension to allow the cottage and additional bedroom and modern amenities.
